I have an obsession with nice cream lately! It’s just so darn delicious and healthy that it just can’t be beat. On an extra hot summer day when you want a cool summer treat that’s creamy and sweet, you must try this raspberry nice cream.
-1/4 to 1/2 cup grated beet root (I added this in because beets are high in immune boosting vitamins fiber and essential minerals but this is optional)
-2 cups frozen raspberries
-4 medjool dates
-2 frozen bananas
-5 ice cubes made of milk or coconut milk
-Blend all ingredients. You will require a great blender as it is very thick.
-Top with whipped cream, dream whip or coconut cream(if vegan) or just top with coconut flakes and shredded chocolate.
Coconut Whipped Cream:
-1 can of coconut cream
-2-4 tbsp powdered sugar.
-Put can in fridge at least 5 hours or over night.
-Scoop out the coconut and leave the liquid a the bottom.
-Beat the coconut cream about 1 minute, add sugar and beat another 4 minutes
