Coconut Brownie Energy Bites

For all you chocolate lovers out there, these sugar free no bake treats are for you! I enjoy these Coconut Brownie Energy Bites as a quick breakfast while running out the door to work or for an afternoon snack before a long bike ride. The best thing about these energy balls is they are made with all healthy ingredients so you wont have to feel guilty about eating them. Bet you can’t just have one!!

INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup gluten free oats (I prefer the large flakes)
-3 Tbsp organic cocoa
-1/3 to 1/4 organic unsweetened coconut
-1/3 cup craisins (can use any other fruit like dried organic blueberries organic cherries) -1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional to add flaxseeds it you like)
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
-1/3 cup nut butter
-1/3 cup raw organic honey
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1/3 cup almonds flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
-In one bowl combine oats, cocoa, coconut, crasins, chia seeds, flaxseeds, almond flakes and chocolate chips.
-In a second bowl combine nut butter, honey and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave until melted.
-Combine the wet and dry ingredients into one bowl.
-Roll into balls and then roll in coconut.
-Store in fridge or an air tight freezer container.
