Perfect Peanut Butter Cups

5 Ingredient Nut Butter Cups – both healthy and sweet. I think we can all agree that there is no better combination than peanut butter and chocolate! This recipe is the perfect way to get your fix, while staying healthy of course.

INGREDIENTS:
Bottom Layer:
– 1/3 Cup of all natural nut butter (I use peanut butter, but you can use almond or cashew)
– 2.5 Tbsp coconut oil melted🥥
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 3 Tbsp all natural coco powder
– 2 Tbsp maple syrup (Other options: honey🍯, agave)
Top Layer:
– 1/3 Cup all natural nut butter🌰
– 2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 2 Tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave -Himalayan salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
– Line a muffin tin with muffin liners
– In a mixing bowl, mix the bottom layer set aside🥣
– In another bowl, mix the top layer set aside
– Put 1Tbsp of the chocolate in the cups. Be sure to shake the muffin tins to ensure it is spread out. Repeat with the nut butter layer.
– Sprinkle with salt✨
– Place in freezer for minimum 30 minutes
– Enjoy!

Tip make sure to mix your nut butter before measuring (the oil raises to the top).
