Here’s one great way to kick start your morning, this Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal!
WARNING ⚠️ you may get addicted
Chocolate porridge :
– 1/2 cup gluten free oats, 1/2 c coconut water 🥥( or almond milk )
– 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
– 1 ripe banana 🍌
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– Maple syrup to taste
Nut Butter Porridge:
– 1/2 cup gluten free oats
– 1/2 cup coconut water🥥 ( or almond milk)
– 1 heaping tbsp of nut butter I used natural peanut butter 🥜
– 1 ripe banana 🍌
– Maple syrup or honey to taste
Directions:
- Chocolate Oats: Soak oats in water for 10 minutes, then blend in blender with cocoa, banana, vanilla and maple syrup
- Peanut Butter Oats: Soak oats in water or almond milk, then blend in blender with nut butter and the banana. Add maple syrup to taste
Layer and add your toppings!
